SEC 9 THAT ANY PERSON OR PERSONS LEAVING A HORSE OR HORSES OR MULES OR OTHER TEAM ATTACHED TO A VEHICLE OF ANY KIND OR UNDER SADDLE IN ANY OF THE HIGHWAYS OR GEORGETOWN WITHOUT AN ATTENDANT OR WITHOUT BEING SECURELY TIED OR FASTENED TO PREVENT THEIR RUNNING, SHALL BE GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR PUNISHABLE BY A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $100.

Sec. 1. That the placing of awnings, signs or signposts hitching posts or any like contribance, projecting over or upon the highways, must be approved by the Board or someone authorized by them. Any violation of this ordinance shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $100. If not removed after five days notice.

Sec. 2. That it is hereby declared a nuisance and misdemeanor for anyone to leave upon any of the public highways, any wagon, vehicles with teams attached thereto temporarily occupying the streets, or to materials used in the construction or buildings or public works. In such cases work not more than one third of the side of the street shall be occupied.
