Sec. 4. That no one shall construct or cause to be constructed any outhouse, cesspool or privy in such a manner of place to be offensive to the neighbors of teh dignity of the village. All such places must be kept clean an disinfected in such a manner as to give rise to no offensive or inglorious smell or odor. Any person or persons violating this ordinance

Sec. 7. That it is hereby declared a misdemeanor for anyone to drive a horse or vehicle thru any public sidewalk or to cross the same except at the regular street crossings or at such other points as may be provided. All persons not complying with this ordinance shall be fined not exceeding $100.

Sec. 8. That it is hereby declared a misdemeanor for anyone to drive or ride a horse or other animals in a reckless, wanton or careless manner upon any highways. Any one not complying with this ordinance shall be not exceeding $100.

Sec. 9. That any person or persons leaving a horse or horses or mules or other teams attached to a vehicle or any kind or under saddle in a any of the highways of Georgetown without an attendant or without securely tied or fastened to prevent their running shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $100.
