Ammendment Ordinance No VI
Pertaining to the Ammendment or Ordinance No. 6 (p.21) of the Village of Georgetown, Idaho.
Be it ordained by the chairman and Village Board that Ordinance No.6 be ammended to read as follows to wit:
Sec. I That it shall be unlawful for any cattle, horses, mules, sheep, goats, hogs or fowls to be running at large at any time during the day or night- without a driver, herder or attendant or without proper means of controlling such live stock of fowls so as to trespass
Live Stock or fowls found in violation of this Ammended Ordinance. Shall be impounded by the Village Marshall and released only upon payment by the owner all damages, done by such live stock or fowls together with costs of impounding which shall be
