Lucille was born in Salt Lake City and lived in Farmington, Utah, until March 1961. She moved to Vale Oregon, with her family until 1960. She attended BYU 1960-1964 graduating in Elementary Education. Lucille taught school in layton, Utah, 1964-1966. She married Hal B. Rigby 22 June 1966 in the Salt Lake Temple. Hal and Lucille traveled in the Air Force to Texas, Ohio, Virginia, Italy, Illinois and retiring in Utah in 1983. Lucille is now teaching school in Layton, Utah.
