90TH: Clark

Audrey Reeve Clark, a long time Farmington resident, will turn 90 years old on Nov. 18, 2016/ She was born in Brigham City Utah in 1926. She was raised on a dry-farm in West Brigham City. She graduated from Box Elder High School in June 1945. She married George T. Craner, Corrine, Utah on Sept. 16, 1946. They had three children, Diane, Judy, and John. George died on Dec. 27, 1953. Audrey took her three children and moved to Logan to attend U.S.A.C. or (Utah State). She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education June of 1957. She taught school at Whitesides Elementary in Layton for one year. She then transferred to Farmington Elementary.

She met a widower, Carlos R. Clark, from Farmington, who had seven children: Ronald, Bruce, Linda, Dennis, Daryl, Carla, and Velma Kay. They married May 8, 1959, In the Salt Lake Temple. They then were blessed with having three more children, Carolyn, Don, and Gary.

Audrey retired from 25 years of teaching school in the Davis County School District on June 3, 1987. Carlos and Audrey loved to travel with friends and family. Audrey enjoyed reading and belonged to a Farmington Literary Club. She also was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Antelope Island Camp, of Farmington. She served several Years as a worker in the Bountiful Temple. Her husband Carlos R. Clark passed away on March 16, 2007.

Audrey will be honored by friends and Family on Nov. 19 at a luncheon in Farmington. Happy birthday Audrey. We love you!
