Sec. 6

That it is declared a misdemeanor for anyone to fire a gun or pistol within the incorporation limits under penalty not exceeding $100. This shall not in any manner affect the shooting an animal on a person's own premises if done wth reasonable cause. 

Sec. 9.

That any minor found loafing or loitering upon the streets or highway of Georgetown, or in or about saloons, gaming or bawdy houses, between the hors of 9 o'clock p.m. and 6 o'clock a.m. unaccompanied by a parent, guardian on other suitable adult-person and unable to give a reasonable explanation fo his or her presence there, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $100.

Sec. 15. 

That any person who cruelly whips, beats, or otherwise unnecessarily ill-treats an animal, or worries with dog any cattle, horses sheep or hogs, within the Village limits of Georgetown, is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not exceeding $100, or by imprisonment not exceeding six months.
